How do I schedule a viewing?
If you would like to view one of our rental properties, please reach out to us to check out a key. In order to check out a key we will need a copy of your photo identification, your name, email and phone number as well.
How do I apply?
If you are interested in applying for one of our vacancies, please reach out to us. We will email you a secure link to fill out the application and pay the application fee online. Each occupant over the age of 18 MUST fill out an application.
What are your qualifications?
Our application process checks your credit, rental history, verifies income is 2.5 times the rent amount, and does a background check.
-A credit score of 600 is preferred, if you score is lower than that but you have good rental history, you could still be approved.
-No felonies within the last 7 years will be accepted, any older than that are considered on a case by case basis.
-Any prior evictions or judgements for monies owed are subject to automatic denial.
-Income requirements are 2.5 times the rent amount, incomes can be combined if applying with a roommate.
-Cosigners are allowed for college students ONLY, and are required for college students.
What fees are associated with moving in?
Once your application is approved, your security deposit must be paid within 24 hours or the property will still be marketed for rent. All properties require a security deposit equal to the rent amount. You will also pay the first month's rent before moving in, if you move in on the 1st of the month, rent is the full amount. If you move in on any day other than the 1st, your rent will be prorated, BUT every month after, rent is due on the 1st. There is a one time fee of $99 for administrative costs due at move in. Any pet deposits are also due at move in.
